教育背景及工作技能要求如下：
1. 国家重点大学建筑学专业（五年制）本科或以上学历毕业（欢迎海外学校毕业生）
2. 良好的中、英文沟通和表达能力（工作室为中英双语环境，日常工作需熟练使用英文）
3. 制作建筑工作模型（草模）能力（具备操作3D打印机的经验、电脑建模渲染Rhino+V-Ray更佳）
4. 精通AutoCAD, Rhino, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign,等等（熟悉MacOS更佳）。
